If you’re in a book club, you’ll love the following websites which provide helpful, time-saving book club resources.

1.  Lit Lovers is a one-stop-shop for book clubs (it’s free). It has general tips for running a book club, book recommendations, book reviews, reading guides, recipes, and even free lit classes.

2. I mentioned the Book Club Cookbook in the post Don’t Miss These Cool Book-Related Websites.  It has a huge database of book-themed recipes submitted by authors and the stories behind them.  They also sell bookish herbs and spices, which would make great gifts for bookclub hosts.

3. The Reading Club is basically a guide for running a book club.  The categories of topics covered include book club activities (field trips, community service, etc.), running a book club, books and things (book recommendations, genre discussions, choosing books), and types of book clubs.

4. If Book Trib sounds familiar that might be because I featured it in Enjoy the 12 Top-notch Book Blogs. I also wrote a book review of A Long Petal of the Sea, Such a Fun Age, and Transcendent Kingdom for them. For this post though I want to share the Book Club Network feature of Book Trib. They send book clubs 4-5 books to distribute among members. In return, they ask members to read them, share them on social media, and send pictures of your group with the books.

5. Finally, Bookclubz is an organization tool for book clubs.  It can help you to find new members, poll your membership,  and keep track of & rate books.  It also has a blog with book club inspiration, organizational tips, book reviews, and culture & literature.
